चलिए आज हम इस Hindi conversation Post में सीखेंगे कि किस तरह से ” Topic” पर दो लोगों के बीच में वार्तालाप किया जाता है ।
मैं आपको इस बात से अवगत कराना चाहता हूँ कि यदि आप अच्छी अंग्रेजी बोलने की शुरुआत करना चाहते हैं तो नीचे दिए गए ” Conversation” को अच्छे पढ़ें और समझें ताकि आप यह समझ सकें कि दो लोगों के बीच किसी टॉपिक पर बात कैसे की जाती है ; चलिए बिना देर किए पढ़ना शुरु करते हैं –
पप्पू : क्या तुम जानती थी, माया ? ( Did you know,Maya ? ) 22 अप्रैल अर्थ डे के रुप में मनाया जाता है । ( April 22 is celebrated as the Earth Day.)
माया : अर्थ डे ? हाँ इसके बारे में मैंने न्यूजपेपर में पढ़ा था । ( Earth Day ? Yes, I read about it in the newspaper.)
पप्पू : पता है ? मेरे साथ कुछ बड़ी मजेदार चीज हो गयी । ( You know ? Something very funny happened with me.)
माया : मजेदार ? क्या ? ( Funny ? What ? )
पप्पू : मैं पहले सोचती थी कि ये पृथ्वी का बर्थडे होता था । ( I earlier thought it was the earth’s birthday.)
माया : बहुत मजेदार है वाकई ! ( Very funny indeed ! )
पप्पू : वास्तव में ! अब मैं जानता हूँ कि ये पृथ्वी को एमिशंस और ग्लोबल वार्मिंग से बचाने के तरीकों को खोजने और मजबूत करने के लिए मनाया जाता है । ( Really ! Now I know it is observed to explore and reinforce ways to save the earth from emissions and global warming)
माया : वो 38 साल पहले शुरु हुआ था, यूएसए में । ( That was started 38 years ago, in the USA.)
पप्पू : सही है पर माया क्या तुम्हें नहीं लगता ( Right, But Maya, don’t you feel ) ये उन लौफ्टी मूवमेंट्स, यानी कि दिवसों में से एक है जो दुनिया पूरे साल मनाती रहती है । ( It is yet another of those lofty movements, i.e., days, the world celebrates all the year round.)
माया : शायद तुम ठीक कहते हो । संभवतः हर तीसरे दिन एक न एक दिन होता है । ( May be, you are right. Virtually every third day, there is one day or another.)
पप्पू : हाँ ! मीटिंग्ज और सेमिनार्स और रैलीज होती है लोगों में किसी कारण के लिए जागरूकता पैदा करने के लिए । ( Yeah ! There are meetings and seminars and rallies to create awareness among people for some cause. )

माया : और फिर, एक दो दिन बाद, ( And then, a couple of days later,) वो हवा में उड़न छू हो जाता है, ( all that vanishes into thin air,) और लोग अपने पुराने कभी न सुधरने वाले ढ़र्रे पर वापस आ जाते हैं । ( and people revert to the old incorrigible ways.)
पप्पू : कितने अफसोस की बात है । ( How sad ! ) हम अपने खुद के सर्वाइवल के बारे में भी सीरियस नहीं हैं । ( We are not serious even about out own survival.)
माया : तुम ठीक कहते हो । ( You are right.) इन सारे वर्षों में पृथ्वी इतनी बुरा तरह से रौंद डाली गयी है कि ( In all these years, the earth has been so badly mauled that ) कोई नहीं जानता ये कब तक बची रहेगी । ( one does not know how long will it survive.)
पप्पू : क्लाइमेट में भारी चेंजेस आते रहे हैं, ( The climate has been vastly changing, ) इसके घातक प्रभाव हम पर पहले से ही आ चुके हैं । ( and its fatal effects are already on us.)
माया : बिल्कुल, हमारा सामना चढ़ते हुए तापमान और गायब होते हुए पानी रिर्सोसेज से हो रहा है । ( Of course, we are facing rising temperatures and vanishing water reserves.)
पप्पू : और घटते हुए फॉरेस्ट कवर, पिघलती हुई आइस कैप्स और सबसे बुरा तो, ( And also, depleting forest cover, melting ice caps and worst of all, ) कार्बन एमिशंस के तेजी से चढ़ते हुए स्तर से भी । ( shooting levels of carbon emissions.)
माया : बहुत ही भयावह है, है न ? ( Too scary, isn’t it ? ) हम वाकई निकट फ्यूचर में अपने लिए विनाश को न्यौता दे रहे हैं । ( We are really inviting doom for ourselves in the near future.)
पप्पू : इसका मतलब हमारे पास बर्बाद करने के लिए अब और अधिक समय नहीं है । ( That mean we have no more time to waste now.)माया : हाँ, हमें तुरंत हर स्तर पर व्यक्तिगत और सामूहिक एक्शन की जरुरत है । ( Yes, we need immediately individual and collective action at all levels.)
पप्पू : पर बड़ा सवाल है, कैसे ? ( But the big question is – how ? )
माया : बहुत सही अच्छा…..हम गेलॉर्ड नेल्सन जैसे लोगों से प्रेरणा ले सकते हैं । ( Very true. Well….we can draw inspiration from people like Gaylord Nelson.)
पप्पू : वो कौन हैं…….और उसने इस कॉज के लिए क्या किया ? ( Who’s……and what did he do for the cause ? )
माया : नेल्सन एक अमेरिकन सिनेटर था ( Nelson was an American Senator ) उसने पोलिटिकल स्टैब्लिशमेंट पर पॉल्यूशन पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए उचित कानून बनाने हेतु दबाव डालने के लिए एक नेशनवाइड जन आंदोलन का सफल आहान किया ।
( He gave a greatly successful call for a nationwide people’s movement to pressurize the political establishment to enact appropriate legislation to curb the menace of pollution.)
पप्पू : तुम्हें नहीं लगता, भारत में ये कुछ ज्यादा ही जान पड़ता है । ( Don’t you think, in India it’s asking at bit too much ? )
माया : आयम अफ्रेड तुम सही कहते हो । ( I’m afraid you are right.) पर हमें बहुत अधिक निराशावादी नहीं होना चाहिए । ( But we should not be too pessimistic.) आओ हम अर्थ डे के पीछे निहित भावना का आदर करें । ( Let’s respect the spirit behind the Earth Day.)
हम अपने प्लैनेट अर्थ को और ऐसे ही मानवता को बचाने में सहयोग करने की शपथ लें । ( Let’s pledge to contribute towards saving our planet Earth, and thus saving humanity.)
पप्पू : मैं शपथ लेता हूँ……अपनी धरती माता की रक्षा करने की । ( I pledge…..to protect our Dharti Mata ! )
